I do one-off consult calls to interpret your blood work and help with a very specific issue that you might be having/ questions that you might have. you will receive full notes of the consultation with an Excel spreadsheet outlining any protocols that we talk about.

I do monthly coaching packages for everything: supplements (PEDs), nutrition, and training. Every potential coaching client starts with a coaching consultation zoom call with everyone, purchased below. This way we can both have a conversation about all your strengths and weaknesses. I expect from both you and I as far as being able to give and take feedback and how I am going to deliver your training, it also will give you an expectation of the level of compliance that will be required for a good coach athlete relationship to be able to be successful in your endeavor. If you do decide to do any of the coaching, the consultation fee goes towards the coaching fee for the month.
